More than the division between advertisers and agencies, we believe that there will be a stronger division between creative power on the one hand and production power on the other. Advertisers and agencies need to be as creative as possible to florish, and should not be hindered by production power that needs to be used. For each campaign they will look for the best producers who will be able to take their ideas to a next level and who are able to realize their concepts. Productions companies need to be on top of their game, meaning that they know about their technique, are able to be creative and are flawless in execution.

Michel Stomp and Benjamin de Wit met on stage as respectivaly guitar player and rapper. Many years they played in crossover funk and rap group Groovin' Pict. One of their peaks was supporting funk greats Bootsy Collins and George Clinton in Amsterdam rock temple Paradiso.
Michel Stomp is technical director of Studio Stomp. Before becoming a Flash guru he played the guitar for many years, and still does - make sure you get a performance in the boardroom. Michel is as passionate about design and technology as about ZZ Top guitar riffs.
Benjamin de Wit is Studio Stomp's commercial and financial director. He loves to manage talent, hence his actors agency Spot On Agency. His urge to be an entrepreneur made him quit his six year acting career with Toneelgroep Amsterdam. Benjamin is a creative and commercial and has a passion for new business.
